1. What upfront costs does Sunny Vacation Homes charge or any additional fees?
None for ongoing management. All management fees and linen hire are taken directly out of the booking income received from guests, so you do not pay anything until your property starts earning. The only additional costs you may encounter are one-time setup expenses such as marketing software, professional photography, property styling, initial property set-up support, a pre-clean, and bed set-up. These are discussed transparently during your initial consultation.
2. How am I charged for all services?
We take all the money from the rental income received.
3. Who pays for property upkeep and maintenance repairs?
As the property owner, you are responsible for the cost of any maintenance, repairs, or ongoing property upkeep. However, we coordinate everything on your behalf, sourcing trusted local tradespeople, managing the work, and keeping you informed every step of the way. You simply approve costs, and we handle the rest. This service is included in your management fee at no extra charge.
4. Are there any additional costs that I need to pay?
The only extra costs are the Photography, property amenities and furnishing, which you may need to purchase.
